This leather balm is made by hand in small batches here in Palo Alto, CA. We use an Italian recipe but substituted olive oil for sweet almond as it penetrated the leather better and smells great. It comes in 30g tins (1 oz).

The balm is applied directly onto the leather by a sponge or a lint free cloth (but you can also use your fingertips) then it's left to dry. After 3-4 hours (depending on air humidity), the item can be buffed with a soft cotton cloth or t-shirt scrap. 

Untreated leather is not water resistant, it dries out and gets scratched, while this is all normal and arguably one of the appealing characteristics of leather, taking care of your item will extend its life. This balm aims to do just that: it restores and protects the leather item from further damage.

*Try our leather balm on an inconspicuous area of your leather item first to ensure you like the look as it will darken it. This balm is safe on skin unless a sensitivity to any of its ingredients (listed on back label) is present, in which case, please use gloves. Do not eat the balm even if it smells delicious. Keep away from your pets as they will eat it.
